Making Gingerbreadmen

After a day at work on the 50th anniversary of It's A Small World, where I staged the dolls back out on the first floor, I came home to bake gingerbread men for our in store bake sale on Saturday.
Luke had already got the mixture on the go and we mixed it all together before chilling the dough in the fridge. We then rolled it all out and used our new cutter to create gingerbread characters. We then baked them all with some success, we lost a lot of good men out there...out of around twenty-odd biscuits we ended up with just 17!
Once they were all out of the oven we left them to cool before putting them in a tin overnight so that Ted didn't get them!
Today I am grateful for Luke's help with the baking so I wasn't up all night cooking.
