river fishing

So we tried another spot for the river fishing today....to no avail. We're still hopeful though. This is the "trou" we normally go swimming in...you have to cross the river to get to it normally, which is OK in the summertime when it's nice and warm and the water's an alright temperature. Today, however, we had to climb over a wall, clamber down some massive rocks and through lots of spikey trees to make it to the same place without setting foot in the river. We did it!

We didn't leave the house until about 5.30pm (both of us were busy the rest of the day), so tomorrow we're gonna try and make it down a bit earlier. Fingers crossed!
