Sweet Bowl

No ral effort today. Terrible, terrible onset of migrainey headaches. I think it may be due to spending a lot of time in front of the PC the last few days and not having had new glasses for 4 years. I'll need to get to the opticians and makes sure that I'm right, otherwise I've got something else totally wrong wth me!
