The Lancastrian pound
In the Wars of the Roses -a series of dynastic wars fought between supporters of the houses of Lancaster and York who were fighting for the throne of England between 1455 and 1487 - The Lancastrians were represented by a red rose and the Yorkists by a white one. As a Johny-come-lately Lancastrian I have adopted the red rose, and hereby present the new Lancastrian pound.
