Introducing Mr Telc

Clearing up my stuff after the recent IATEFL Conference I found this gentleman in my coat pocket. His name appears to be Mr Telc and he seems to have hitched a ride back to Manchester with me. I've perched him on the windowsill for the while while I decide what to do with him.
