Colour Splash

Late posting today as The Boss was doing the website for the Wanaka DIG group and I was going to help but after this walk I sorta ….zzzzzz
The colours are growing and also going as happens here. Bits of the area have strong colour and others have almost none. Other places are starting to show bare trees.
As I followed The Boss into the bathroom this morning I noticed “winter mode”. The floor was warm but I confess I don’t really like staying in there as it gets a bit crowded and he doesn’t like me drinking out of the shower. Can’t see why…It’s water isn’t it? And warm at that.

Oh…Humour corner. Overheard at the DIG Photogroup meeting this morning.
It appears that the lovely E was outside having morning tea and the portable phone rang. E popped her hearing aid out and popped it on the table to chat on the phone AND (Believe it for sure) a Blackbird who was eyeing the edible goodies on the table liked the look of the hearing aid and swooped to grab it. Much yelling followed so the bird dropped the morsel for it to hit the concrete patio and ….yep silence would have reigned.
Of course if I had been there this never would have happened.
Oh and GOD is DOG spelt backwards…Hmmmmm???
