"Bottleneck" Heron

This blue Heron seen at Marymoor Park where I walk the hooligans is really sticking it's neck out!!! She/He was nest sitting and then stood up and stuck it's neck way out! Perhaps doing something territorial.

A long day with an early pool workout for a couple hours and then going to acupuncture and some physical therapy work. Next some errands culminating in the hooligan walk...got home exhausted but the foot felt good for a longer duration today....so that was encouraging! It seems to go back and forth and most progressions do. I'm behind again on commenting ---what else is new ha ha! Thanks for all the nice comments on the little gnome home I found on Bainbridge Island yesterday!
