Tulips Galore!

I met up with Artist Annie today near the Mt Vernon Roosengarde tulip fields. Her hubby Arvin and his daughter Helena were also part of the entourage today! We had a grand time "shooting" lots of tulip pictures. See if you can spot Arvin and me with our matching hats!

Afterwards we went over to the quaint waterfront town of La Conner to see the works of artist painter John Cole. I could see his influence in some of the work Ann does now. After that we stepped next door to a brew pub for a delicious meal...I had amazing butternut squash quesadillas!
