Edinburgh's finest!!!

I took a lot of photos, and I know it is the same old thing that every tourist takes, but I do think it is the finest view in Edibnurgh!

Took the bus through to Edinburgh today, and had a walk around, up to the Museum of Scotland, which is a great favourite, had a bit of lunch there. It was hoaching with children, due to the school holidays, but they were all having a good time and well behaved. Then walked up the Royal Mile to the castle, pausing as things caught my eye, and then down the steps of one of the lanes to Princes Street Gardens, and a wander along there. The flower beds were beautiful with spring flowers.

Edinburgh was cold but dry with some sunshine, we even managed coffee sitting out in the gardens.

I never understand why the fountain in the foreground of my picture never has any water........
