Grafton Street at Dusk

This was the view down Grafton Street after I had finished work and was waiting for Luke to leave Next.
I loved the contrast of colours, the street lights and the glow from the shops still open lit up the pavement, while the sky was clasping onto the last pinky shreds of sunlight s the heavy rain clouds stormed overhead.
We walked home together with some Burger King fries as the rain started to sprinkle and once we were indoors we talked about what I should bring for the world food bake sale on Saturday. Luke came up with the idea of gingerbread characters dressed in the costumes from it's a small world. Such a cute idea, and we are both off on Friday so we can spend the day baking and decorating our little gingerbread children of the world!
I had spaghetti hoops for my supper and sifted through more Disneybound ideas on Pinterest.
Today I am grateful when I take the time to notice something beautiful in the world like the last light of day. I try hard not to take this for granted.
