Instant sunshine

I begged the patient for permission to photograph her in her current disguise as a hamster, but the answer was a definite no. Luckily, it looks like Dr Shepherd is on his way (Grey’s Anatomy is her preferred medical drama).

In between nursing duties, I discovered a new button on my camera – super vivid colour. Provides instant sunshine without the need for flights or beach towels.
