Light and shade

Another of those strange days that we seem to be having at the moment. Wet, murky morning turns into brighter afternoon, turns into glorious late afternoon and evening. Went down briefly to Glenridding and wandered by Ullswater. We were surprised how many people there were about, but I suppose the holidays have started for a lot of the country. The light was lovely and the light and shade on the hillside was reflected in the water.
