Strawberry cheesecake

I was beginning to wonder if I would find a blip today. Not many opportunties came to my attention. We had people round for a meal this evening - mainly as a thanks for looking after the house while we're away. All neigbours so it was a good, socialable evening where people could walk home.

I meant to take a shot of the Cottage Pie but that was all gone before I even thought about it, so this was the last chance saloon as far as the blips went. It is a no cook cheesecake and is sublime stuff but packed with calories.

Never mind, we'd been swimming earlier in the day and I did a few more bits for the Prison Contract while Susan pottered around in the garden.
