I have a Picture, Pinned to my Wall...

It's not the best photo of my 1,500, but it doesn't half make me smile.

Himself and I went down to the beach tonight with two purposes, firstly to test the proportions of vinegar and bicarb required to get a rocket launch and secondly for me to capture the launch for my 1500 blip.

This picture is a combination of himself running from the Rocket....and my 1500 mosaic'd with shells.

The first rocket; one bottle of vinegar, two sachets of Bicarb : Fail.

Second Rocket: One bottle of vinegar, four sachet of Bicarb : Fail, for 50 shots on continuous... we shrugged our shoulders and then all of a bloody sudden... WHOOOOSHHHHHHH. Rocket gone. Shooting over our heads, drenching us in vinegar... scaring the life out of people walking their dogs. We just collapsed on the beach laughing our socks of. It was brilliant!

Third Rocket : this is Si running back from setting it up... we were still sniggering and waiting for police to arrive... and it didn't take off. Si went back to check it, and it exploded in his hands. The cork was in too tight.

I thought then, in celebration of my 1500 blips you should see his happy face, and my 1500, the rain starting and the sea and the shore. All things that have featured heavily over the last four and a bit years!.
