Wood

This is a piece of driftwood found on the beach some years ago :)

I fiddled with backgrounds, but decided on another kind of wood, so this is a triptych of the woods on Snelsmore Common, blipped when I visited in March :)

Frustrated I couldn't visit the woods after work due to the horrible rain today, but home, dry, warm and in pjs :)

in other news I've just heard the shocking news of Peaches Geldof's death at 25! So young, its unbelievable :(
