Put Me Down!!!.....

Found this lovely big snail on my dog walk today.
It was blowing a gale and quite cold today with threatening rain. So no butterflies or bees to be seen ;-(

However lots of these guys n gals about though. I picked him up because I didn't want him getting stood on as he was in the middle of the walkway.
I picked him up and moved him to a safer place and out of harms way.
