Magnificent Magnolia.

It has taken ten years, but Boy! has it been worth it. It was ten years ago that I bought this as a small shrub and this is it's first year of flowering. This was the first f lower open and there are over fifty buds on it. It should look very beautiful when they are all out and it might deserve a blip! Happy days!
