An Insect

I was considering another shot this afternoon but I needed some sunshine (not much of that lately), so was getting desperate when I saw this insect. It looks a little like a praying mantis without a neck - could be a praying mantis that plays rugby!

I used a +4 closeup filter but the dull day didn't help this either.
