Catalytic crotch

Juno did not want to stop walking this morning, she was lonely she met no canines at all, went round again to no avail.

Not bad day at work, went swimming at lunchtime which was great and really enjoyed that. On the way back nipped into the run and Become sale and bought some stuff.

Lovely walk home, very quiet streets.

These are my new running shorts, they have a suede like crotch panel and they are made by Gore. I laughed as I thought that these are Al Gore's eco running shorts with a catalytic convert to reduce methane gas release, or is it just me when I run.
