Another struggle out of bed this morning, Juno and I had a pleasant stroll under a moon struggling to light the morning.

Work involved a morning of meetings then out for some sanity with tractor and a cup of tea.

Not bad training session at football tonight, trying some new things that everyone seemed lethargic about, eventually we got buy in and it ended much better.

Off to read some more of my new book.
