Daff Faff

We've had a good day today hubby and I. He's almost completely recovered from the gastric flu episode earlier in the week plus it was a sunny day today, which always lifts our spirits. These daffodils are from the garden, where I did a wee bit of tidying up today, but not for long. It might have been sunny but it was not warm. The afternoon was devoted to soup making, of the green and orange variety, in other words, driven by a need to use up the vegetables on the rack and in the fridge. I also made a really yummy curry for tea and venison casserole for dinner tomorrow. So a very productive Saturday!
