I heard a rumour from ground control...

So, today Himself got up and went to the beach for early and got down to the beach for beach cleaning. 28 of his wee scouts turned up, which was brilliant for such a wet and dismal day.

Once he came back we got ready and the two of us took a road trip in the Scout minibus along with a trailer. I felt like a traveller. It was very exciting. We held up the traffic, and drove slowly round roundabouts.

We got where we were going, and weirdly i directed us to the wrong place. And where we ended up, actually had a pile of what we were looking for... but locked up behind bars. I realised we were in the wrong place, and we started again, and then found the things. We loaded them into the back of the trailer, and then spotted some more... sadly they were up a little muddy slope and I skidded big time bum in the air... Ah well.

Then we came down the road, and did some shopping, and then I went to another shop, and while I was waiting for himself to pick me up I spotted this tree.

Well there were 3 of them actually - I thought it was paper they were wrapped in .. or plastic. I felt a bit guilty, but I touched a loose edge and it pulled away like paper. I examined a wee bit more and spotted some of it that was browning; So I pulled it too.

I took it with me into the car and demanded that Si, (who despite being a font of all knowledge, was waiting for me outside another shop, and not the one I told him I was waiting at - Super drug, Savers, Semi-chem. They are all the same shop to me).... tell me how I could tell if it was real, natural or not.

I suggested eating it...

He suggested looking up the internet.
