"Nativity....up ra Cafeedral"...

....according to the ignorant lout on his mobile phone in the Cathedral tonight. Owen wanted to pop up to the cathedral to watch the P1 and P2s perform The Grumpy Sheep; a variation on the nativity story, which we all know is about the birth of Santa Claus to the Bloody Mary.

I'm not big on the whole church thing, but I do like the cathedral at Christmas. It so much less serious and much more jolly than the other 11 months of the year....maybe it would be more popular if it didn't take itself so seriously? Mind you the cathedral is always mobbed; it's KMPO's gaff, so it's bound to be busy.

Anyway, superb day at work...efforts of the last 6 months came to fruition over lunchtime and the exec board approved my business case for several millions of pennies for a project next year.....deep relief....I can enjoy Christmas now.
