Nearly new moon

New moon due on 16 December, but this shot of partial moon, taken from the car this morning on my way to work, was so clear with no PS needed at all for the beautiful, blue background sky.

A day of arranged meetings, some of which I wasn't informed about but hey-ho, was very productive. Slight blip on the day (excuse the pun) was a member of staff had their car stolen from the college carpark this afternoon. Not good, she was so upset as she also had Christmas shopping stored in the boot. Aren't some folk such meanies?
