The Bronte Parsonage Museum

Haworth is just up the road from me - and it's a quirkily beautiful place of such history! The main attraction is the Bronte Parsonage Museum - also 'the Doctor's' house in the Railway Children and venue of the Jane Eyre preview a few years back - great film btw with Judi Dench and Jamie Bell in it Jane Eyre trailer I've been to Haworth many times over the years but thought I would visit the inside of the parsonage today. It's £7.50 per adult but this gives you entrance for a year. They're holding a candlelight tour soon - so I may go back with it being free next time. That will be quite spooky considering the number of deaths in the building!
I love Haworth and so looking forward to the 1940s weekend there in May - in the meantime, where's my Jane Eyre DVD!! :)
