Collared Kingfisher

I've been trying to take a good photo of this fellow for more than 3 years now. It's one of the common kingfishers in Singapore, it's about 6 to 8 inches long and has a loud strident call. If often comes by to take a sip of water from the swimming pool, but is very quick and skittish. I shall keep trying.
