flowering

One of the bucida trees in the garden is flowering and attracting lots of bees to it. The flowers are a pale green yellow and blend so well into the tree that you can hardly tell the tree is flowering unless you pay close attention to it.

Yesterday's blip was briefly in the spotlight again - many thanks to those who favourited it to get it there! It must have been a slow day in blipland : ) And in case you were wondering, that photo is straight on, there's a skylight on the sloped roof on top, a window to the right, and the sun was almost directly overhead.
