Snoopy and Peanuts

An early morning trip to the doctors. We discussed my return to work in the near future, my anxiety and sleep. An emotional visit but very helpful in terms of work chat. My doctor is great and talks so much sense.

I then walked down to Ocean Terminal where I saw this graffiti. Brilliant.
I bought a framed quote that I had my eye on. It says ‘enjoy the little things’. Had a cup of tea before walking home. I was exhausted and desperate to get back to the flat.

With the help of a few diazepams the afternoon has been spent on the sofa, watching TV, trying not to worry and stress.

I don’t relally know if I have chosen the one in focus as I’ve had a drink and I can’t see straight!
