Story of Belfast

The Lord Mayor of Belfast, Máirtín Ó Muilleoir, gives a round of applause after he opened the exhibition of "The Story of Belfast" at the Public Record Office in Belfast.

He was commissioned by Belfast Corporation to record buildings as part of their redevelopment plans. Consequently he couldn't avoid photographing the residents of the buildings, thus giving us a glimpse of their living standards and dress.
