A small sandwich

This sight amused me. This was our lunch today but I could not help being surprised at what was essentially a single sandwich. For the eagle eyed you can see one end has already been taken. 16 of us tucked into this and there was still some spare.

Final day today and numbers kept dropping and there was just 8 left at the end. Today was focused on family group decision-making or family group conferencing. It was interesting but a bit beyond my area of interest. I had made some good friends on this course from across USA, they made me very welcome and I learnt a lot about the state of schooling there.

So I finish my time in a Bethlehem. Bought some collectables - turtles, magnet and mug - Tomorrow return to New York for a final weekend before getting home!
