Deliberation!

On my way to see my home-tutoring student today, I came upon this beautiful tree. Another tree that I cannot name, despite deliberating the matter! Any ideas?

A big thank you to Skylark for helping me to solve last week's mystery tree puzzle which turned out to be a Norway Maple.

It's a bit of a blip-and-run shot, as this tree was in someone's garden and as I was snapping away, I noticed that they were watching me intently from their window. Oooops!!
