Udaipur - rest and relaxation!

We arrived in Udaipur today after a hectic couple of days in Jaipur. We were unsure how or when we were going to get out of Jaipur, or actually where we were heading to next! We weighed up the options of train to Jaisalmer, flight to Jodphur or bus to Udaipur. With the prospect of lakeside views and rooftop sunsets all too much to resist, we ended up in Udaipur and weren't disappointed! Even the bumpy 'sleeper' (not much sleep was slept on this rocky ride) bus journey did little to dampen our moods as we found a gorgeous guest house with large shutter windows opening out to lake and mountain views. Bliss! We're here for a good 4 days now...
