Back in the Wild West

Back to the Wild West of Shetland - into the Northmavine badlands. :-)

I don't get to the northern parts of Shetland often enough - I try and get to the northern end of the Mainland at least once on each visit, but don't always succeed.

Spent today exploring some of the roads and voes in Northmavine, but inevitably spent lots of time at Esha Ness - the west-facing cliffs here really are awesome (an over-used word these days, but deserved here), and when the air is clear and the skies blue....
