Dundonald Links Golf Course

There aren't many better ways to cure a hangover than to head out for a round of golf in Ayrshire. As you can see from the picture I wasn't the only golfer struggling along.

The hangover certainly affected my golf for the first few holes but by the 10th I was back swinging in sobriety. The wind proved to be a tough challenge on what is already a very testing golf course. Blowing in our faces for the vast majority of the round helped lengthen most of the holes so big hitting was necessary to even have a chance at a par.

A great course that is certainly worth a visit!
