NOT QUITE MONOMONDAY

I've managed a black-and-white photo on Monday a few times.but this week's challenge is way beyond my abilities.
The theme is " Action ", and I could never manage to take a photo of something moving. I really admire anyone who can.
There is some action here though, but you can't actually see it.

The pineapple is ripening.
