Exams, exams and more exams

Despite today's title, I had a great day. Jena picked me up this morning at 5:45am to head down to Gainesville! Yes ladies and gentlemen, the first time I have seen 5am in months. It was alright because we got to chat on the way down and it made the 1.5 hour long drive go by much faster. When we got three our exam started at 8 and then we had to go to class afterwards and pay attention for a few hours. We had a lunch break followed by our Summative exam. I think I did petty well on all the exams, so I was feeling pretty good on the way home. We got back right around 5pm so jimmy and I had enough time to eat some quick dinner before we headed to church for Married Life Live.
It was a super fun event, much bet than I was expecting. The church was decorated petty cute and there were lots of round tables with plenty of desserts. Chelsea Carr and the Rivertown band performed a lot of cheesy love songs, and it just fit the theme of the night pretty well. The highlight of the event for us was that we were one of three couples to get called up onstage for a game. The game was to use 10 of these words they had on the screen and make 4 sentences out of them. Obviously this was Jimmy's shining moment and he came up with a sappy poem that melted all the ladies hearts. We ended up winning and got am amazon gift card! They know us too well.
