Home alone

I haven't been home alone all day for awhile. This month it has actually happened a lot and I'm not complaining. It's always nice to have some alone time, but I tend to let the crazy out when I'm home alone for too long. Like today. I watched a girls bender online and then decided I was going to die unless I left the house. So I proceeded to drive aimlessly around town for an hour until I decided to get some lunch from Whole Foods. It was weird, but I got kombucha and toe cookies and I didn't get bangs or a puppy, so I was proud of myself.
When my sweet, and wonderful husband came home we went to the grocery store and rushed home on heat turned out to be a cancelled page. Instead we had a lovely salmon dinner and watched a TV movie. It was a great night and I can't thank The Lord enough for giving me the most amazing and compassionate man in the world. He gives me somewhere to stand when I feel like the ocean is drawing me out to sea. He is my safe place, and without him I don't know where I would be.
