Monday treats

Not the best photo but it's a bit of an emergency blip as today has kind of run away from me. This is some mincemeat crumble bars and a lemon and blueberry drizzle cake for work tomorrow as some Monday treats. We are nearing the end of term and on the home straight so I thought I would bake to cheer everyone up.

Today has been busy cooking for mum and having her round for her special day. I have just kept myself busy and got through it to be honest. My cats (via my hubby) got me a card 'from the cats' and a little gift to cheer me up. Maisie in particular has been giving me cuddles. So I am nearing the end of the day and feeling a little exhausted now. Have good evening and a good week one and all xxx
