Being brave here . . .

This is me and my Mum! Think I am 6 or 7 years old. Unlike in 2013, I'm blipping this on the the right day! I said most of what I want to about my mum last year; this year in June, we will mark 20 years of her passing. She went all too soon at age 54. Geraldine will say she lives on in me and Sandy. DEFINITELY in my elder sister who looks and sounds just like her! :) There you go.

It feels strange to not have to think about Mother's Day or Father's Day anymore.

PS. No comments about the print on the sofa please. It was the 70s!!! :))
