Busy Bumble Bee
Paige wanted to take the cameras out today to see if she could get some shots for the RSPB competition, so we decided to visit Saltfleet Haven first, the estuary is usually quite good for a few wading bird shots, and today ws not exception we both got couple of fantastic curlew shots. Then we moved on to Saltfleet and Theddlethorpe Dunes Rilmac Site. Unfortunately we have a really strange hazy mist along the coast today, and it feels really cold, so we wee very unlucky and didn't really spot anything of interest.
To ensure she got some photographs but unfortunately none that she can enter for the competency we decided to pay a visit to Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary to see how the rescued seals were doing. Paige spent an hour of so wondering round, and to be honest I have not seen the fruits of her labours yet.
My eye was caught by the number of bees busy collecting pollen and buzzing around, so today they got my attention.
We finished were we started and revisited Saltfleet Haven on the way home. the tide was coming ion fast and it was really high. Misty water shots, with the sun streaking the water were what we got here.
Not a brilliant day for photography, but quantity Mum and Daughter time.
