Going wild in Edinburgh!
Where do I start?! It was a very busy day and I went to loads of places I hadn't been before so I won't attempt to tell you everything in my usual way.
I had breakfast and a quick chat with Seattle Man who was still struggling to decide where he wanted to live and then I headed out to meet Cheryl (Davzo's better half) at the Western General Hospital where she was having a routine appointment. I'd not been there before and enjoyed the different bus route. I asked the lady in front of me where to get off but unfortunately she was Polish and couldn't understand a word I said. Typical! She got off at the same stop as me AND walked up to the hospital too so maybe she just thought I was dodgy? Fair enough!
Anyway, I said I'd be quick so here goes :-
Met Cheryl, hospital done in 5 mins;
Back to town by another different bus;
Phone shop as Cheryl had a query;
Went to the Playhouse where I saw Joe Bonamassa last September for to collect theatre tickets;
Omni Centre where these two tall chaps were loitering outside for my picture;
Lunch;
Walk around MASSIVE John Lewis;
Back up to Princes Street where Cheryl was meeting daughter Hayley and I went through the gardens where I had a chat with mom on the phone. She is worrying about September the 18th - Scottish Independence vote - and thinks I should move all savings to an English bank as she is convinced money in Scottish banks will be worth nothing if Scotland does go independent;
I need advice;
Back to Ferry Road after picking up dinner in M&S;
Picked up by Lesley (Leslabelle) and Eric at 6:45 for drama rehearsals in Penicuik with David (DavzoBroon), Siobhan (Shev) and Duncan where I had such a great time and thoroughly enjoyed watching them and appreciating their hard work for their June performance;
Pub and finally back to Ferry Road after a long day!
That's it!
