The word which necessitated me scoffing my face with these profiteroles was esurient...meaning hungry or greedy. I find one leads to the other, as indeed one little choux bun leads to another. Let's face it they are hollow, so mostly air really. I can justify almost anything to myself, quite a talent.
Ach..I uploaded this from phone, now that I see it on the screen it's annoying me how different it looks. Sigh...still new photo app on phone is fun to play with.
Now back to scouring tinternet for a good birthday cake idea....tomorrow I bake!!!
