TIE workforce has moved out of the city

The workforce is out of the city centre now, but have moved elsewhere within Edinburgh. Most notably outside my house!

It appears that on Wednesday night something blew up outside our house forcing open the manhole and billowing out a huge ploom of smoke. SPN came that night to inspect the manhole, reseat it and we thought the end of the matter. Oh no. Next day a whole hoard of workies have been busy digging up pavement for some reason unbeknown to me.
Oh well.
