Think I've found my new favourite place! After lectures my friend took me to a place called the California Bakery which handily has a branch around the corner from our campus (and more handily there's another around the corner from my flat...). It has possibly the most amazing selection of cakes on offer, and its absolutely delicious. I feel this could be very dangerous for me... In the evening we went to a pub to watch the football. Well they were there to watch the football, I was drawn by the potential promise of cider (turned out they only had Strongbow. But desperate times...). There always tends to be a fun atmosphere during football matches as well, although its also quite confusing when each of their three televisions is showing a different match. And ironically none of them are the one you're supposed to be there to watch, so you end up watching it on a laptop.
