Fishy day.

Spent a fantastic day in Glasgow today. The lovely son and fabulous daughter (they are really going to cringe when they read that) had organised a surprise birthday lunch at Gandolfi's fish restaurant. As they lied appropriately right up until the last minute, I had no idea what was happening. The daughter turned up bearing orchids and a witch ball. (No jokes please. It's for keeping evil spirits out rather than in!).

After lunch the man took me out to Calumet and bought me a new toy. Needless to say it was a bit fishy too. We went back to the daughter's flat and I took lots of silly images with it. I am in love all over again and the man's not bad either! Haven't laughed so much in ages.

Hopefully I'll get back to commenting just as soon as I come back down to earth. Thanks to everybody who commented yesterday. I believe it was the son who let the cat out of the bag!
