Baked Oatmeal

It is still cold here, in the teens, and snowing. I decided to heat things up and make some baked oatmeal for breakfast. It featured 3 types of oats, cinnamon, pinch of salt, honey, bananas, blue berries, fresh cranberries, coconut, dark chocolate chunks, skim milk-egg-vanilla mixture and walnuts. It was very delicious, and healthy.
The fresh pineapple behind this dish, is now cut up for snacking. I will use some of it to go with my fish later for dinner.
So now, since I can't make winter go away, perhaps I should continue the "embrace winter" attitude and go for a walk.
