Chameleon Village Hartbeespoortdam

R snr had lunch with his 'colleagues to be'. All the male teachers and the Governing Body members at the school where he starts teaching next year had a year-end lunch at a local Restaurant and they invited him to join in! What a nice gesture, it really made him feel included and getting to know the male staff beforehand is actually very nice, that way he won't feel like a complete stranger when he walks in there for the first day of school in January!

C, R jnr, Joe and I went to Chameleon Village for lunch. C and I had a lovely steak and chips at Woody's whilst R jnr and Joe ordered a hot Indian Chicken from Tandoori Eastern Delights.

We enjoyed our meals together, at the Woody's open-air Restaurant. They have sprayers installed between the branches of all the trees to spray a delicate mist of water above your head all the time, you don't even feel the water, but it cools the air around you!! Heavenly!!

Eisch, I forgot to tell my dear Blipfriends that Milo and Chino are absolutely remarkably well!! You just simply can't believe how fast they recover from quite 'major' surgery like this hey?

I heard on the News about the soccer draws, completely forgot to watch it on TV! Silly me! I checked on the Internet though! Here are all the groups, if you may have missed something! I am really quite concerned about South Africa's team, they had very little success lately, I hope they haven't changed coaches too late!! Esich, and we are up against France as well in Group A! Oohhh La la!! ;-)
