Runaround

Had to scrape the car for the first time this winter (I really must clear out the garage) ........ it was pretty solid on the back window.

Went in to see Dad

Took a phone call from my sister when I was with Dad - she had left her phone in the office at St Johns ...... could I collect it for her?

Went to Borders Books to see what they had on offer before they shut up - the locusts had already stripped the place. There were a couple of blokes picking up loads of photographic books covering every subject and level of experience When they left hey had 1 book each - obviously just making sure nobody else had the chance to buy ..........I hate that - it is just so selfish.

Returned home for lunch and had 2 notes from the Post Office about non delivered parcels.

Went and got petrol

Went and picked up sisters phone

Went to the sorting office for the parcels (not back yet)

Took SWMBO for eyesight checkup (running 1/2 hour late) and do some shopping.

Returned to Post Office sorting office - still not back (I do not believe for 1 minute that the driver has enough in his wee van to keep him out for 7 hours)

Home for a cup of tea and a cream bun

Notice buns are past their sell by date ..... bugger.

Now about to go out and drop of phione at daughters house (she is visiting sister tomorrow) and throw buns at customer services.

Early bed tonight I think ............ long day tomorrow as well (craft fair in Linlithgow Masonic Lodge)
