Another decent day at work (two in a row, cripes). Another sporting achievement at lunchtime too, beat my running record around Arthur's Seat, still lagging behind the top 2 in the office, but it's personal triumphs that count.

Yesterday's music link was sadder than sad. So how about with lift the mood a bit with a cover version of Neil Young's "On the Beach" that sounds like a robot crying. On the Beach is probably my favourite Neil Young album and the cover is pretty terrible, but I don't believe in musical sacred cows.
