Decent day at work. Good swim at lunch, few lengths and then managed 200m non-stop of crawl, a small achievement in the grand scheme of things, but a big leap from my starting point 6 months ago.

I've heard the saddest song I've heard in a long time today, needless to say it's brilliant (sad music generally is).
